WELCOME KIT

The Welcome Kit was a self-initiated project created to serve as a clear and comprehensive guide for drivers who were just starting their Uber journey. It was important that drivers not only felt supported and valued as we set out to demystify what was previously viewed as complex onboarding and driving processes. The modular design of the kit allowed it to flex and scale based on unique, variable geographic regulations, so its usefulness remained intact no matter where the driver was located.

The first iteration of the Welcome Kit was truly valued by drivers, with 94% of recipients reading the kit and more than half continuing to use it as a reference thereafter. This success led to expanding the distribution of the Welcome Kit and budgeting for ongoing updates as the driver onboarding process evolved.
